次氯酸钠法检测棉与氨纶混纺织物的纤维含量

针对棉与氨纶混纺织物分析定量方法中手工拆分法和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺化学溶解法过于耗费人力以及存在较大的环境危害且对人体健康影响较大的问题,对棉与氨纶混纺织物在次氯酸钠溶液中的定量分析方法进行研究.得到稳定可行的反应条件为:次氯酸钠溶液浓度1.2mol/L,反应温度80℃,反应时间5min.综合试验数据,此方法与手工拆分法测得的氨纶含量的平均误差仅为0.18%,测试效率显著提升.
Detection of cotton and spandex blended fabric fiber content by sodium hypochlorite method
In view of problems of labor-intensive,environmental hazards and significant impact on human health in traditional quantitative analysis methods of cotton and spandex blended fabric with manual separation method and N,N-dimethylformamide chemical dissolution method,a quantitative analysis method for cotton and spandex blended fabrics in sodium hypochlorite solution is studied.The stable and feasible reaction conditions are:sodium hypochlorite solution of 1.2 mol/L,reaction temperature of 80 ℃,and reaction time of 5 minutes.Based on comprehensive experimental data,the average error between this method and the manual separation method for spandex content is only 0.18%,indicating a significant improvement in testing efficiency.
