夏布手工挽团纱机械化加工生产实践

摘要
针对夏布手工挽团纱纱线粗细不匀、易开叉、接头处易断裂,难于机械织造的问题,对其进行机械化加工.首先对夏布手工挽团纱进行软化,再进行加捻卷绕成形后络成锥形筒纱.由结果可知,纱线强力得到提高,卷装容量增加,减轻了换纱的劳动强度,减少了退绕不畅造成的浪费,获得了适用于机械织造的仿夏布筒子纱,节约了人工成本,提高了织造效率.
Abstract
In response to the problem of uneven thickness,easy splitting,and easy breakage at the joints of the hand-pulled grass cloth,which is difficult to mechanically weave,mechanized processing is carried out.Firstly,soften the hand-pulled yarn of grass cloth,then twist and roll it into a conical tube yarn.From the results,it can be seen that the strength has been improved,the roll capacity has been increased,the labor intensity of yarn changing has been reduced,the waste caused by poor unwinding has been reduced,and a grass cloth-like bobbin yarn suitable for mechanical weaving has been obtained,saving labor costs and improving weaving efficiency.
