摘要

设计与生产了一款具有保健、吸湿快干等功能的异经密聚酯基椰炭纤维提花织物.通过优化织物设计、织前准备和织造工艺参数,使得织造效率达到了 91.7%.经测试,该织物的负离子发生量为1 600个/cm3,透气率为804.7 mm/s,吸水率为121%,滴水扩散时间为4.5 s,芯吸高度98 mm,蒸发速率0.24g/h,透湿量9 100g/(m2·d).

Abstract

A kind of coconut carbon modified polyester fiber fabric with different warp density is designed and produced with functions such as health preservation,moisture absorption,and quick drying.By optimizing fabric design,pre-weaving preparation and weaving process parameters,the weaving efficiency can reach 91.7%.After testing,the negative ion generation of the fabric is 1 600 atoms/cm3,the air permeability is 804.7 mm/s,the water absorption rate is 121%,the drip diffusion time is 4.5 s,the core absorption height is 98 mm,the evaporation rate is 0.24 g/h,and the moisture permeability is 9100 g/(m2·d).
