机织荧光夜跑服面料的开发与性能测试

摘要
为了满足人们对夜跑服装安全性的要求,设计与开发了一款具有夜间发光功能的双层机织夜跑服面料,确定了纤维原料、混纺比和织物组织结构,重点介绍了面料的上机工艺及性能测试.试验结果表明,面料具有优异的吸湿速干性能、防紫外线性能及发光功能,能显著提升夜间运动的安全性.
Abstract
In order to meet people's requirements for the safety of night running clothing,a double-layer woven night running clothing fabric with night lighting function is designed and developed.Based on the development principle,suitable fiber raw materials,blending ratio,and fabric organization design are selected,and the weaving process and performance testing of the fabric are emphasized.The experimental results show that the fabric has excellent moisture absorption and quick drying performance,UV protection performance,and luminous function,which can significantly improve the safety performance of night sports.
