预处理对棉/锦交织物喷墨印花颜色效果的影响

为考察十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(DTAC)预处理对棉/锦交织物上墨滴铺展状态和色彩效果的影响,用DTAC改性棉/锦交织物后滴落微量墨滴,分析DTAC改性对墨滴铺展面积、颜色性能、织物表观形貌、化学组成和润湿性能的影响.结果表明:当DTAC质量分数为3%时,墨滴铺展面积减小为59.3 mm2,K/S值为21.82.DTAC的添加有效抑制了墨滴在织物上的铺展与扩散,使得织物的颜色深度提升,印花清晰度变好;经过DTAC改性,棉/锦交织物的接触角减小,织物表面亲水性变好;DTAC预处理剂在织物表面形成了薄膜,使活性染料与纤维结合较多,喷墨印花色彩性能得到了改善.
Effect of pretreatment on color performance of inkjet printing of cotton/nylon interwoven fabric
In order to investigate the effect of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DTAC)modification on the spreading behavior and color performance of ink drops on cotton/nylon fabric,a small amount of ink droplets are dropped after DTAC modification of cotton/nylon interwoven fabric,and the effects of DTAC modification on the spreading area,color performance,fabric appearance,chemical composition and wettability of ink drops are analyzed.The results show that when the DTAC mass fraction is 3%,the spreading area of ink droplets decreases to 59.3 mm2,and the K/S value is 21.82.The addition of DTAC effectively suppresses the spreading and diffusion of ink droplets on the fabric,improving the color depth and printing clarity of the fabric;After DTAC modification,the contact angle of cotton/nylon interwoven fabric decreases and the surface hydrophilicity of the fabric improves;The DTAC pre-treatment agent forms a thin film on the surface of the fabric,which allows for more binding between reactive dyes and fibers,and improves the color performance of inkjet printing.
