采用小比例原液着色纤维与本色莫代尔纤维、海藻纤维混纺开发喷气涡流纺浅麻灰纱.探讨色纺纱的关键工艺参数配置,分析成纱中纤维的混合均匀性及混色效果.针对海藻纤维强度较低的特点和小比例色纤维混合不匀导致色差等问题,设计了合理的工艺路线,通过混棉机的称重系统精准控制纤维的混纺比.经实测,色纺纱纤维的混纺比准确,混合均匀,着色纤维分布控制较好,混纺纱具有良好的耐磨性,成纱质量达到预期目标.
Production practice of multicomponent colored yarn in air-jet vortex spinning
A low content dyed fiber yarn is developed with small batch of dope-dyed fibers,natural color Modal fibers and seaweed fibers in air-jet vortex spinning.The key process parameter of color spinning is explored,and the mixing uniformity and color mixing effect of fibers in the yarn are analyzed.Aiming at the low strength of seaweed fibers and color difference caused by uneven mixing of small proportion colored fiber,a reasonable process route is designed,and blending ratio of fiber is accurately controlled by weighing system of blending machines.Through the actual testing,the blending ratio of colored spun fibers is accurate,the mixing is uniform,the distribution of colored fibers is well controlled,and the wear resistance is good,achieving the expected yarn quality goals.
