高温活性染料在涤棉一浴染色中的应用

为了解决涤棉一浴染色中染深性差的问题,研究了 DPC系列高温活性染料在棉织物上的染色性能,讨论了染色温度、染浴pH值,染色浴比、元明粉质量浓度、染色时间及染料质量分数对棉织物染色性能的影响.优化后的染色工艺为:染色温度130 ℃,pH值7.0,元明粉质量浓度100 g/L.结果表明:DPC系列活性染料提升力良好,染色工艺简单,成本低,适合染中深色,织物耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均能满足要求.
Application of high temperature reactive dyes in one-bath dyeing of polyester/cotton fabric
In order to solve the problem of poor dyeing depth in one-bath dyeing of polyester/cotton,the dyeing performance of DPC series reactive dyes on cotton fabrics is investigated,and the effects of dyeing temperature,pH value of dyeing bath,dyeing bath ratio,metameric powder dosage,dyeing time and dosage of dyestuff on the dyeing performance of cotton fabrics are discussed.The optimized dyeing process is as follows:dyeing at 130 ℃ with pH value of 7.0 and Na2SO4 of 100 g/L.The results indicate that DPC series reactive dyes have good lifting power,simple dyeing process and low cost,are suitable for dyeing in medium and dark colors,and the color fastness to soaping and rubbing of the dyed fabric can satisfy the requirements of garment dyeing.
