为开发羊毛/Coolmax交织面料,探究最优工艺参数,选择两种纱线交织方式、线圈长度和组织结构,设计三因素两水平正交试验,用电脑横机制作了 4种羊毛/Coolmax交织面料,测试并分析了面料的拉伸性能、抗起毛起球性能、吸湿性、导湿性、透气性和保暖性,再采用模糊综合评价法对织物的综合性能进行评价.结果表明:设计的面料吸湿排汗性和保暖性良好,可用于秋冬季运动服贴身层面料的开发;当采用两行美利奴羊毛纱线、一行Coolmax纱线交织,线圈长度为10.4 mm,组织结构为1+1罗纹组织时,织物的综合性能最优.
Development of wool/Coolmax interlaced fabric and its performance
In order to develop wool/Coolmax interwoven fabrics and explore the optimum configuration for fabric performance,two yarn interweaving methods,coil length,and organizational structure are selected.Three factors and two levels of orthogonal experiments are designed.Four samples of wool/Coolmax interwoven fabrics are made using a computerized flat knitting machine.The tensile performance,anti-pilling performance,moisture absorption,moisture conductivity,breathability,and warmth retention of the fabrics are tested and analyzed,Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the fabric.The results show that the designed fabric has good hygroscopicity,perspiration and warmth retention,and can be used for the development of Sportswear fabrics with body hugging layer in autumn and winter;When the interlacing mode is two rows of merino wool yarn and one row of Coolmax yarn,the coil length is 10.4 mm,and when the weave structure is 1+1 rib weave,the comprehensive performance of the fabric is the best.
