Preparation and application of flame retardant jute fiber rope
In order to expand the application area of jute,a flame retardant rope with diameter of 12 mm was designed and developed by using 6 Nm jute yam as raw material after three times of doubling.Put flame retardant finishing after the first share.FR-202 flame retardant with neutral pH value was selected for flame retardant test.The results show that the jute yarns with FR-202 flame retardant at different concentrations have flame retardant effect.The trend of flame retardancy of the rope is consistent with that of the yarn,and both have flame retardancy.With the increase of the mass fraction of flame retardant,the flame retardant effect is enhanced,and the breaking strength changes little.
