双色彩梯级式大肚复合纱的开发与工艺设计

为增加普通纱线的多样性,同时改变纱线的色彩与结构,利用三罗拉花式捻线机和多形式电脑控制系统开发了一款具有特殊结构的梯级式大肚复合纱.设计了不同粗细和长度的大肚节段并将其参数输入系统进行纺纱,对纺成的纱线结构进行分析.其成品纱结构多样,色彩对比强烈,大肚分布错落有致,纱线表面凹凸不平.用该纱织成的针织物结构疏密有致、粗中有细、特征鲜明、层次分明、颜色明暗相间、深浅结合.
Development and process design of double-color stepped big-belly composite yarn
To increase the diversity of ordinary yams while changing their color and structure,a stepped large belly composite yarn with a special structure is developed using a three roller fancy twisting machine and a multi form computer control system.Large belly segments with different thicknesses and lengths are designed and their parameters into the system for spinning are inputted,and the structure of the spun yarn is analyzed.The finished yarn has a diverse structure,strong color contrast,and a well distributed belly.The surface of the yarn is uneven.The knitted fabric woven with this yarn has a dense and uniform structure,with distinct features,distinct layers,and a combination of light and dark colors.
