Homochromatic dyeing property of acetate/polyester fabric
In response to the problem of poor homochromatic dyeing of acetate fiber and polyester fiber, the effect of disperse dyes on the dyeing performance of acetate/polyester fabrics is studied in terms of dyeing temperature and time,pH value of dyeing solution, dyeing bath ratio and dye dosage, and the dyeing process is optimized. The optimum dyeing process is determined as follows:dyeing at 120 ℃ for 40 min with pH value 4.0 and bath ratio 1:20.The homochromatic dyeing index of yellow AC-RL,rubine AC-GFN and navy AC-3R increases gradually with the increase of the dye dosage firstly, then gradually decreases, and finally stabilizes;with the increase of dye dosage, the homochromatic dyeing index of black AC-BS gradually increases. The color fastness to soaping of the dyed fabric is above grade 4,which could meet the requirements of color fastness for garment fabrics.
