锦纶织物超临界CO2的染色工艺

为解决锦纶织物传统染色能耗高、环境污染严重以及分散染料超临界CO2染色系统对锦纶染色上染量低等问题,利用乙醇水溶液作为夹带剂,与超临界CO2形成微乳液体系,增加酸性染料在超临界CO2染色系统中的溶解度,对锦纶织物进行染色.研究了温度、夹带剂含量、压力、时间等因素对锦纶织物染色K/S值以及匀染性的影响.结果表明,在90~110 ℃、20~24 MPa,以50%乙醇水溶液为夹带剂,质量分数为3%~5%的染色条件下,上染50~70 min,锦纶织物染色效果良好.
In order to solve the problems of traditional dyeing of polyamide fabric,such as high energy consumption,serious environmental pollution and low dye uptake of disperse dyes in supercritical CO2 dyeing system,water-ethanol solution is used as the entrainer to form a micro lotion system with supercritical CO2 in polyamide dyeing,which can increase the solubility of acid dyes in supercritical CO2 dyeing system.The influence of temperature,entrainer content,pressure,time and other factors on the K/S value and levelness of nylon fabric dyeing is studied.The results show that dyeing under 90~110 ℃ and 20~24 MPa for 50~70 min with 50%ethanol aqueous solution as the entrainer of 3%~5%,the polyamide fabric can achieve good dyeing results.
