涤黏仿棉针织移圈面料的设计与开发

摘要
以涤纶长丝和黏胶短纤为原材料,通过赛络纺纺制涤黏仿棉纱线.涤黏仿棉纱线具有毛羽少、断裂强力高、断裂伸长率大等优点;使用针织移圈工艺,使面料形成凹凸和网眼效应;下机后对面料进行后整理.测试结果表明:面料表面形成了纵横条纹,耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度较好,尺寸稳定、抗起毛起球性能好.面料服用性能优异,生产成本低,质量高.
Abstract
Polyester filament and viscose staple fibers are used as raw material to form cotton-like polyester viscose yam with Sirofil spinning process.Cotton-like Polyester viscose yarn has the advantages of less hairiness,high breaking strength,and high elongation at break;Using knitted loop transferring technology to create a textured and mesh like effect on the fabric;Post-processing is performed on the off-loom fabric.The test results show that the surface of the fabric has formed vertical and horizontal stripes,with good color fastness to soaping and perspiration,stable size,and good anti-pilling.The fabric has excellent wearability,low production cost,and high quality.
