聚乙烯醇/纳米纤维素气凝胶的力学及吸油性能

纳米纤维素(cellulose nanofiber,CNF)气凝胶机械稳定性能差、油水分离能力弱,限制了其在吸油领域的应用.提出用交联剂聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)和改性剂甲基三甲氧基硅烷(methyltrimethoxysilane,MTMS)对CNF气凝胶进行改性,尝试了溶液法和气相沉积法(chemical vapor deposition,CVD)两种改性方法.研究发现,溶液改性法制得的疏水气凝胶吸油倍率很低,而气相沉积法制得的气凝胶吸油倍率为40~60 g/g;当承受35 kPa外力时,弹性回复率可达95%.
Mechanics and oil absorption properties of PVA/CNF aerogel
The cellulose nanofiber(CNF)aerogel has poor mechanical stability and weak oil-water separation ability,which limits its application in the field of oil absorption.It is proposed to modify CNF aerogel with crosslinker polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and modifier methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS),and two modification methods,namely solution method and chemical vapor deposition(CVD),are attempted.It is found that the oil absorption ratio of hydrophobic aerogels made by solution modification method is very low,while that of aerogels made by vapor deposition method is 40~60 g/g,even when subjected to 35 kPa external force,the elastic recovery rate could reach 95%.
