针对三维机织预制体列向加减纱工艺存在孔洞的问题,对加减纱工艺进行研究,设计了一种轴向分散式加减纱方法.经纱加减纱单元为2根,使得加减纱点沿锥体轴向和横截面厚度方向均匀分布,最终实现预制体内部无明显孔洞缺陷,该方法适用于所有三维机织结构.
To address the hole problem in the axial yam addition and subtraction process of 3D woven preforms,the axial yarn addition and subtraction process is studied,and a radially dispersed yarn adding and subtraction method is designed.The warp yarn addition and subtraction unit is 2 pieces,so that the warp addition and subtraction points are uniformly distributed along the axis of the cone and the thickness direction of the cross section,ultimately achieving a preform with no obvious hole defects,and this method is applicable to all 3D woven structures.
