Effect of process parameters on strength properties of yarn frame Jaka shoe upper fabrics
To explore the difference in the performance of shoe upper fabrics with different organizational process parameters of yarn frame Jaka,the fabric performance test is carried out by using Raschel single yarn frame Jaka warp knitting machine to weave yarn frame fabrics with different Jaka organizational structure and drafting density,to analyze the effect of different process parameters on the performance of the shoe upper fabrics.The results of the tensile breaking strength test show that the sparser the Jaka organization structure is,the smaller the tensile breaking strength of the Jaka upper fabrics is;the higher the Jaka drafting density is,the stronger the breaking ability of the fabrics is,but with the further increase of drafting density,the breaking strength of the fabrics will be decreased instead.The experimental results of the top breaking strength show that:the organizational structure of Jaka and the drafting density are directly proportional to the top breaking strength of the fabric.
