熔喷聚丙烯驻极空气过滤材料的制备及性能调控

为研究和开发高性能空气过滤材料,通过控制驻极母粒含量、驻极电压、驻极高度以及驻极速度等工艺参数,实现对熔喷聚丙烯驻极空气过滤材料结构及性能的调控.对过滤材料的表面形貌、纤维直径、材料孔径和透气性能等进行了表征,重点研究了驻极母粒含量和驻极工艺参数对熔喷聚丙烯驻极空气过滤材料过滤性能的影响.结果表明:添加适量驻极母粒有利于提高熔喷聚丙烯驻极空气过滤材料的过滤性能;在一定范围内,随驻极电压和驻极速度的增大,材料的表面电位差和过滤效率先增大后减小;随驻极速度增大,材料表面电位差和过滤效率呈现降低的趋势;优选驻极工艺参数后,所得聚丙烯熔喷过滤材料对PM2.5过滤效率可达96.8%,过滤阻力为39 Pa,所制备的熔喷聚丙烯驻极空气过滤材料具有优异的过滤性能.
Preparation of melt-blown polypropylene electret air filter and its performance tailoring
In order to prepare the melt blown air filtration material with high performance,the structure and properties of the material are controlled by tailoring the electret master particle content,electret voltage,electret height,and electret speed during the preparation process.The surface morphology,fiber diameter and pore size of filtration materials are characterized.The effects of master particle content and electret process parameters on the filtration performance of melt-blown polypropylene electret air filters are studied.The results show that the air filtration efficiency of the materials is improved significantly with the addition of electret master batch.The surface potential difference and filtration efficiency of the material increase first and then decrease with the increase of the electret voltage and electret height,while the potential difference and filtration efficiency of the material surface decrease with the increase of the electret velocity.The filtration efficiency and pressure drop for PM2 5 of the prepared melt-blown electret air filter is 96.8%and 39 Pa,respectively,which shows an excellent air filtration performance.
