乌饭叶色素基于稀土媒染染色丝织物的性能

对天然乌饭叶色素染料基于稀土媒染对丝织物的染色性能进行研究,探讨了稀土氯化镧媒染剂的作用机理.设计DOE和单因子试验对染色工艺参数进行优化.乌饭叶最佳媒染工艺为:采用稀土氯化镧为媒染剂,媒染剂质量浓度为6 g/L,乌饭叶色素质量浓度为2 g/L,媒染温度为80℃,媒染时间为60 min,染液pH值为2.氯化镧媒染乌饭叶丝织物耐摩擦色牢度可达4.5级以上,耐日晒色牢度为6~7级,耐皂洗色牢度达4级.
Dyeing properties of black rice leaf pigment on silk fabric with rare earth mordant dyeing
Dyeing performance of natural rice leaf pigment on silk fabric is studied based on rare earth mordant dyeing,the mechanism of rare earth lanthanum chloride mordant is depicted as well.Design of Experiment(DOE)and single factor experiment method are adopted to optimize the dyeing parameters.Results show that optimal mordant dyeing process is lanthanum chloride 6 g/L,dye concentration 2 g/L,dyeing at 80 ℃ for 60 min with pH value of 2.Black rice leaf dyed silk fabric with lanthanum chloride as mordant has a color fastness to friction of over 4.5 levels,a color fastness to sunlight of 6~7 levels,and a color fastness to soaping of 4 levels.
