Design and production of polyester/acetate four-way stretch blended fabric
One kind of polyester/acetate four-way stretch blended fabric is designed and produced.Low-temperature dyeing and low-temperature drying are carried out on the polyester/acetate blended yam to prevent the acetate from embrittlement.By ensuring smooth yarn channel, reduce the acetate abrasion. The pH value of the glue size used is weak acid, which can prevent the property and structure of acetate from being damaged.Fabric should not be stacked during production to avoid creases. Before starting the loom again after stopping,it is necessary to manually release one round of weft yarn to avoid exposing the spandex fibers.Through process optimization and the use of variable auxiliary spray spacing, the control force of compressed air on the weft yarn can be improved.Extend the flying angle of the weft yam to ensure sufficient flying time.Increase the spacing between the detectors for long and short weft yarns, and reduce the stopping time for long weft yarns. After testing, the average production efficiency of the fabric reached 90.2%,and production can be proceeded smoothly.
