摘要

采用负离子涤纶/竹炭纤维50/50、中空涤纶/莫代尔65/35作为原料,选用合适的织物组织结构,设计开发了一款适用于婴幼儿的双层速干三防保健面料.重点介绍了该款面料的上机工艺及性能测试.试验结果表明,面料具有优异的吸湿速干性能、抗菌性能、保暖性能及防水、防油、防污性能.

Abstract

A double-layer fast drying three proofings health fabric suitable for infants and young children is designed and developed using negative ion polyester/bamboo charcoal fiber 50/50 and hollow polyester/modal 65/35 as raw materials,and selecting appropriate fabric structure.The production process and performance testing of this fabric are introduced.The test results show that the fabric has excellent moisture absorption and quick drying properties,antibacterial properties,thermal insulation properties,as well as waterproof,oil resistant,and stain resistant properties.
