M型活性染料的残液回用

选用3种M型活性染料,分别探究其残液对纯棉织物染色性能的影响.通过工艺调整确定了 3种染色残液中染料、盐、碱的补加量,计算染色织物K/S值和染料有效率,得出含有一氯均三嗪和乙基砜硫酸酯双活性基的活性染料可用于残液回用.结果表明:活性红195染色残液回用中染料、盐、碱补加量为首次用量的97.5%、25%、25%;活性黄145染色残液回用中染料、盐、碱补加量为首次用量的98%、15%、25%;活性深蓝M-2ge染色残液回用中染料、盐、碱补加量为首次用量的98.5%、25%、20%;最佳残液补加工艺得到的染色织物与标样相比,色差小于0.6,且干摩擦、湿摩擦和耐皂洗色牢度处于同一水平.结果证明,染料残液工艺可大大节约染料、助剂和水资源,具有可行性.
Reuse of M-type reactive dyestuff residues
Select three types of M-type reactive dyes and investigate the effects of their residual liquid on the dyeing performance of pure cotton fabrics.By adjusting the process,the amount of dye,salt,and alkali added to three types of dyeing residues are determined,the K/S value and dye efficiency of the dyed fabric are calculated,and it is found that the reactive dye residue containing monochlorotriazine and ethyl sulfone sulfate dual active groups can be used for reuse.The results show that the amount of dye,salt,and alkali added during the reuse of the residual solution of Reactive Red 195 is 97.5%,25%,and 25%of the initial dosage,respectively;The amount of dye,salt,and alkali added in the reuse of residual dye of Reactive Yellow 145 is 98%,15%,and 25%of the initial dosage;The amount of dye,salt,and alkali added during the reuse of reactive deep blue M-2ge staining residue is 98.5%,25%,and 20%of the initial dosage;The dyed fabric obtained by the optimal residual solution addition process has a color difference of less than 0.6 compared with the standard sample,and the color fastness to dry friction,wet friction,and soap washing is at the same level.The results show that the dye residue process can greatly save dyes,additives,and water resources,and is feasible.
