为研究具有高生物相容性的原料在医用敷料方面的应用,利用静电纺丝法制备了 PVA/CS和PEO/SA双层纳米纤维膜,并进行拒水整理和交联处理,分析双层纳米纤维膜的机械性能和抗菌性能.加入盐酸左氧氟沙星并研究其药物缓释机理.研究表明:PVA质量分数为14%、CS质量分数为3%的纺丝液在纺丝电压26 kV、接收距离20 cm时具有较好的可纺性;PEO质量分数为10%、SA质量分数为2%的纺丝液在纺丝电压27 kV、接收距离20 cm时具有较好的可纺性.制备的PVA/CS混纺和PEO/SA混纺的双层纳米纤维膜具有亲水性和潜在的抗菌性,在生物医疗领域具有独特的优势.
Preparation of PVA/CS and PEO/SA bilayer nanofiber films and their properties
To investigate the application of highly biocompatible raw materials in medical dressings,PVA/CS and PEO/SA bilayer nanofiber membranes are prepared using electrospinning method,and subjected to water repellent treatment and cross-linking treatment.The mechanical and antibacterial properties of the bilayer nanofiber membranes are analyzed.Levofloxacin hydrochloride is added and its sustained-release mechanism is studied.The results show that the spinning solution with PVA mass fraction of 14%and CS mass fraction of 3%has good spinnability at spinning voltage of 26 kV and receiving distance of 20 cm,while the spinning solution with PEO mass fraction of 10%and SA mass fraction of 2%has good spinnability at spinning voltage of 27 kV and receiving distance of 20 cm.The prepared bilayer nanofiber membranes of PVA/CS blend and PEO/SA blend have hydrophilicity and potential antibacterial properties,which have unique advantages in the field of biomedicine.
