液质联用法测定化学纤维中的双酚A

研究不同前处理条件对化学纤维中双酚A含量测定的影响,建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定化学纤维中双酚A含量的方法.以丙酮-二氯甲烷为溶剂,采用超声波萃取法提取样品,过滤后在LC-MS/MS上进行分析.试验结果表明,双酚A在10.0~200.0 μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999,方法定量限为0.10mg/kg,加标回收率为80.63%~95.46%,相对标准偏差为2.74%~5.81%.该方法快速可靠、灵敏度高、稳定性好,适用于化学纤维中双酚A的测定.
Determination of bisphenol A in chemical fiber by LC-MS/MS
A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method for the determination of bisphenol A in chemical fibers is established by studying the influence of different pretreatment conditions on the determination of bisphenol A in chemical fibers.Using acetone dichloromethane as the solvent,the sample is extracted by ultrasonic extraction,filtered,and analyzed by LC-MS/MS.The results show that bisphenol A shows a good linear relationship in the range of 10.0~200.0 μg/L,the correlation coefficient is 0.999,the detection limit of is 0.10 mg/kg,the recoveries for spiked samples are 80.63%~95.46%,and the relative standard deviations range from 2.74%to 5.81%.The method is simple,rapid,stable and suitable for the determination of bisphenol A in synthetic fibers.
