In the process of developing anti-mite cashmere yarn,the loose fiber finishing method is adopted to achieve its anti-mite function,that is,anti-mite finishing is carried out in the post-dyeing stage of cashmere fibers,and then anti-mite cashmere yam is spun through the cashmere production process of the coarse spinning system.The experimental results show that the anti-mite cashmere yarn spun by the loose fiber finishing method has excellent anti-mite effect,and still has strong anti-mite performance after 15 washes.The physical properties and color fastness of the anti-mite cashmere yarn meet the requirements of first-class yarn industry standards.This method is practical,simple,and effective,providing a new production path for spinning anti-mite cashmere yarn.
