摘要

针对低温室内久坐的年轻女性对电加热服装舒适性需求问题,对服装的加热区域、加热模式以及面料的组合进行深入研究.选择纯棉、德绒和莫代尔3种面料与碳纤维加热片形成夹层式加热设计,并进行无人体和有人体热舒适试验.试验发现;3种面料的表面温度随加热时间延长先提升后逐渐稳定,低、中、高档分别稳定在30、35、40℃;面料相对湿度随温度增高而先增后减,再逐渐稳定,低、中、高档分别稳定在30%~37%、27%~32%、23%~26%;在中档加热模式并以纯棉面料为夹层时,加热服对提高人体热感觉和热舒适性效果最佳.研究结果可为电加热服装的面料选择与加热性能改良提供一定参考.

Abstract

Aiming at the comfort demand of sedentary young women in low greenhouse,an in-depth research is conducted on the heating areas,heating patterns and fabric combinations of garments.Three kinds of fabrics,cotton,velvet and modal,are selected to form sandwich heating design with carbon fiber heating sheet,and thermal comfort experiment with and without human body are carried out.The experiment results show that the surface temperature of the three kinds of fabrics gradually stabilizes with the increase of heating time,and the low,medium and high grade stabilizes at 30 ℃,35 ℃ and 40 ℃ respectively.The relative humidity of the fabric first increases and then decreases with the increase of temperature,and then gradually stabilizes.The low,medium and high grade remains stable at 30%~37%,27%~32%and 23%~26%respectively.In the medium heating mode and with pure cotton fabric as the interlayer,the heating suit can improve the thermal sensation and thermal comfort of the human body most efficiently.The research results can provide some reference for the selection of fabric and the improvement of heating performance of electric heating clothing.
