Sewing operation efficiency based on automatic template technology
To improve the human-machine collaboration efficiency of automatic template sewing machines,fully utilize the idle time of both humans and machines,and achieve optimal human-machine utilization,taking the automatic template bagging process as an example,the human-machine operation process of the automatic template bagging operation is analyzed.By studying the operation process of automatic template machine for bag pasting,optimizing the layout of the work site,adjusting the task allocation of workers,changing the transmission path of templates,to improve the utilization rate of people and automatic template machines,and make workers'work easier and more comfortable.Through practical application,the work efficiency of the automatic template bagging process has been improved by 30%.The proposed human-machine operation optimization method can provide ideas and references for optimizing automatic template sewing operations in clothing enterprises.
