为研究籽棉多品种混批加工对棉花品质的影响,通过调研新疆4个棉花加工厂,利用灰色关联分析法进行数据处理,分析各厂籽棉多品种混批加工情况.结果表明:籽棉多品种混批加工的棉纤维品质一致性较差,导致轧花过程中产生品质损伤,最终降低皮棉品质.籽棉单品种加工能保证籽棉纤维品质一致性较好,减少轧花过程中的品质损伤,保证皮棉品质.认为:推广优良品种种植,加强企业和棉农合作,采取单收单轧能有效解决棉花纤维一致性差和可纺性低的问题,进而推动新疆棉花由中低端纺织原料向中高端纺织原料供给转变.
Impact of mixed batch processing of cotton multi-variety on fiber quality
In order to study the influence of multi-variety mixed batch processing of seed cotton on cotton quality,by investigating four cotton processing plants in Xinjiang,Grey Relation Analysis is used to process data and analyze the mixed batch processing of seed cotton in each factory.The results show that the quality consistency of cotton fiber is poor in the mixed batch processing of seed cotton,which leads to the damage of quality during the ginning process,and ultimately reduces the quality of lint cotton.The processing of single varieties of seed cotton can ensure good consistency in the quality of seed cotton fiber,reduce the quality damage in the ginning process,and ensure the quality of lint cotton.It is considered that promoting the planting of excellent varieties,strengthening the cooperation between enterprises and cotton farmers,and adopting single pick and ginning can effectively solve the problems of poor consistency and low spinnability of cotton fiber,and then promote the transformation of Xinjiang cotton from low-end textile raw materials to high-end textile raw material supply.
