聚酰亚胺静电纺丝膜的过滤性能稳定性

采用4种溶剂浸泡试验研究聚酰亚胺(PI)静电纺丝膜过滤性能的稳定性.结果表明:溶剂浸泡过程对PI静电纺丝膜的纤维形态、纤网结构、孔径分布和过滤阻力没有明显影响;无水乙醇、丙酮和异丙醇浸泡后,PI静电纺丝膜的过滤效率仅出现小幅下降,而去离子水几乎无影响.其中,PI静电纺丝膜在异丙醇溶剂中浸泡24 h后过滤效率仅由初始的97.16%降至94.61%.由此可知,PI静电纺丝膜过滤性能稳定,且不易受外部条件影响,能够提供持续有效的防护.
The stability of the filtration performance of polyimide(PI)electrospinning membranes is studied through four solvent immersion experiments.The results show that the solvent soaking process has no significant effect on the fiber morphology,fiber web structure,pore size distribution and pressure drop of PI electrospinning membranes.The filtration efficiency of PI electrospinning membrane only slightly decreases after soaking in anhydrous ethanol,acetone and isopropanol,while deionized water has almost no effect.Among them,the filtration efficiency of PI electrospinning membrane decreases from the initial 97.16%to the lowest 94.61%after soaking in isopropanol solvent for 24 hours.Thus,the PI electrospinning membrane can provide continuous and effective protection with good stability in filtration performance and less susceptible to external conditions.
