Design of full servo control system for fiber angle loom based on EtherCAT bus
In order to improve the automation and intelligence level of the multi-layer angle linked loom,a control system based on AC810 PLC main controller is adopted,and the driving components required for the five major movements of the loom are controlled by a fully servo driver.The communication control between the upper and lower computers and each servo axis adopts the EtherCAT Ethernet bus protocol.This control system has the advantages of good openness,fast dynamic response,convenient maintenance,and convenient wiring.According to the weaving process requirements of multi-layer angle linked looms,build the hardware system and software program control system of the angle linked loom.Design an automated opening control program for the weaving process of multiple types and different types of multi layered angled fabrics,and combine it with a human machine interface(HMI)to achieve the creation,real-time editing,and saving of opening electronic pattern boards,as well as monitoring and displaying the working status of the loom and modifying operating parameters.At the same time,based on the characteristics of the let-off system,accurately measure the tension changes that occur in the system,and design a constant tension let-off control algorithm.Finally,the control system is tested on the computer and actual on-site data was collected for analysis.The results indicate that the full servo control based on EtherCAT bus communication can achieve the excellent performance of high-speed,intelligent,high-quality,and high-efficiency corner linked looms,and can meet the production needs of comer linked fabrics in different weaving processes.
