基于溶胶-凝胶TiO2的棉织物多功能整理

以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化钛(TiO2)溶胶,以棉织物为基体,经二浸二轧后分别通过焙烘和汽蒸的热固化方式将二氧化钛溶胶整理于织物表面得到功能改性棉织物.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、扫描仪、Datacolor型测色配色仪、紫外线防护系数测试仪、导热系数测试仪、接触角测量仪等对整理前后织物的表面形貌、灰度差、遮蔽率、防紫外性能、隔热性能和静态水接触角进行测试.结果表明,整理后棉织物表面形成二氧化钛薄膜,织物具有较好的抗紫外性能,同时视觉遮蔽性能有所改善,还兼具较好的隔热性能和疏水性能.
Multifunctional finish of cotton fabric based on sol-gel TiO2
The titanium dioxide sol is prepared by sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor.and then is applied to cotton finish by curing-steaming process after two-dip-two roll.The surface morphology,grayness difference,shading rate,UV protection,thermal insulation and static water contact angle of fabrics before and after finishing are tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM),image scanner,Datacolor colorimeter,UV protection coefficient tester,thermal conductivity tester and contact angle tester.The results show that the titanium dioxide film is formed on the surface of the cotton fabric after finishing,and the fabric has good anti-UV performance,as well as visual shielding performance,good heat insulation performance and excellent hydrophobic performance.
