乌拉草还原纳米银对棉织物的表面改性

利用乌拉草粉末还原硝酸银为纳米银,并将其用于处理棉织物,研究处理温度、时间、酸碱度对棉织物抗菌性的影响.通过测量抑菌圈直径大小得出最优改性处理条件为:大肠埃希菌的抑菌效果最佳处理条件是加热时间30 min、加热温度90℃、pH值5;枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果最佳的处理条件是加热时间70 min、加热温度80℃、pH值6.试验结果表明,改性棉织物分子结构没有被破坏,纳米银附着在棉织物表面,具有优异的抗菌性能.经过20次洗涤后,抑菌率仍保持在95%以上.断裂强度略有降低,但仍符合一般性能要求.
Surface modification of cotton fabric with nano-silver reduced by urgrass
Urgrass powder is used to reduce silver nitrate into silver nano,and then applied to deal with cotton fabric.The effects of treatment temperature,time and pH value on the antibacterial properties of cotton fabric are investigated.By measuring the diameter of the antibacterial zone,the optimum modified treatment condition is:the best treatment conditions for the antibacterial effect of E.coli are the heating time of 30 min,the heating temperature of 90 ℃,and the pH value of 5.The best treatment conditions for Bacillus subtilis are heating time of 70 min,heating temperature of 80 ℃ and pH value of 6.The experimental results show that the molecular structure of the modified cotton fabric is not destroyed,and the nano-silver is attached to the surface of the cotton fabric,exhibiting excellent antibacterial properties.After 20 washes,the bacterial inhibition can remain above 95%.The fracture strength is slightly reduced,but it still meets the general performance requirements.
