Application of amino-modified silicone softeners on cotton fabrics
The stability of alkali resistance,electrolyte resistance and high temperature resistance of amino-modified silicone softener H-TT is analyzed,and the change in surface morphology of fabrics after soft finishing,and the effect of the dosage of amino-modified silicone softener on the fuzzing,pilling,bursting strength,softness,hydrophilicity and color of fabrics are analyzed.The results show thatamino modified silicone softener H-TT has good alkali resistance,electrolyte resistance,and high temperature stability;a film can be formed on the surface of the fibers after softening,resulting in a decrease in the bursting strength,surface fuzzing and pilling performance,and hydrophilicity,an improvement in softness,and less impact on the color of the fabrics.
