消防员低温深冷防护手套复合织物的制备及性能

Preparation of composite fabric of low temperature and deep cold protective gloves for firefighters and its performance

采用聚酰亚胺纤维与芳纶制备了低温深冷防护手套复合织物,分析了不同比例的芳纶1313与聚酰亚胺纤维混纺制备的外层织物在液氮作用后的理化性能及热防护性能,测试了外层织物覆不同厚度PTFE膜的剥离强力及不同厚度的聚酰亚胺絮片复合织物的湿阻与热阻.结果表明:外层织物原材料配比为聚酰亚胺/芳纶1313/导电纤维50/48/2、覆膜厚度为0.03 mm,絮片厚度为20 mm时,制备的复合手套织物在超低温作用后仍具有较好的阻燃性能、防水性能、热防护性能及热湿舒适性能,能够满足消防员在低温深冷环境中的作业要求.
The composite fabric for deep cold protective gloves is prepared with polyimide fiber and aramid fiber,the physical and chemical properties and thermal protection properties of aramide 1313 mixed with polyimide fiber are analyzed,and the wet and heat resistance of stripping strength and composite fabrics of polyimide film covered with different thickness are tested.The results show that when the raw material ratio of the outer fabric is polyimide/aramid 1313/conductive fiber 50/48/2,film thickness is 0.03 mm,and wool thickness is 20 mm,the composite glove fabric still has good flame retardant,waterproof,thermal protection and thermal humidity comfort performance under ultra-low temperature,which can meet the requirements of firefighters in low temperature and deep cold environment.
