导电纤维沙发面料的设计与研究

研究并设计了具有抗静电、防尘洁净效果的沙发面料.将碳黑导电纤维引入沙发面料的设计中,利用粗细纱复合的方式将涤纶FDY、黏胶和导电纤维复合成导电色纱,通过具有双喂人装置的喷气式织机将导电复合纱纬向嵌织,得到的沙发面料具有仿麻的织物风格.结果表明:面料具有较好的拉伸强力和尺寸稳定性,织物厚实耐磨,透气性好,表面光泽柔和.导电纱线的加入使得织物具有优异的抗静电性能,弥补了涤纶织物易起静电、易吸附灰尘的缺点,有助于保持沙发面料表面清洁.
A high-grade sofa fabric with anti-static dust-proof dust-proof and clean effect is designed and researched.Carbon conductive fiber is introduced into the design of sofa fabric,by twisting yams in different fineness,and the polyester FDY,viscose and conductive fiber are compounded into conductive yarn using a combination of coarse and fine yarns.Then weave the conductive yarns into sofa fabric on a jet loom with a double feeding device by means of a weft insertion structure,resulting in a sofa fabric with a linen like style.The results indicate that fabric has better tensile strength and dimensional stability,is strong and well ventilated,and it has good breathability and a soft and glossy surface.The addition of conductive yam endows the fabric with excellent anti-static properties,compensating for the shortcomings of polyester fabric such as being prone to static electricity and dust adsorption,and helping to maintain the cleanliness of the sofa fabric surface.
