锦纶赛络双丝包芯包缠混纺纱的开发及性能

Development of polyamide siro double core-wrapped blended yarn and its properties

采用赛络双丝包芯包缠的纺纱方法,开发了锦纶/细旦黏胶60/40+N(30 D/24 F)×4和锦纶/细旦黏胶60/40+N(30 D/24 F)×2两种长丝复合纱.针对锦纶强伸性高、弹性较好、比电阻较高的特点,对锦纶进行抗静电预处理,解决了纤维缠绕罗拉的纺纱难题,并对两种纱线的结构、性能和应用进行分析.结果表明:赛络长丝复合纺纱线具有较高的强力、耐磨性、不易起球的优良特性;增加锦纶长丝包芯包缠根数可提高纱线质量,开发出放湿功能性纺织品.
Two kinds of filament composite yarn,polyamide/fine denier adhesive 60/40+N(30 D/24 F)×4 and polyamide/fine Denier adhesive 60/40+N(30 D/24 F)×2,are developed by using the spinning method of Siro double core-wrapping.Based on the characteristics of high tensile strength,good elasticity,and high specific resistance of polyamide,anti-static pretreatment is carried out on polyamide to solve the spinning problem of fiber winding roller.The structure,properties and application of the two yarns are analyzed.The results show that the Siro filament composite yarn has high strength,wear resistance and is not easy to pilling.The yarn quality can be improved by increasing the number of core-wrapping fibers,and the textile with dehumidification function can be developed.
