采用电脑横机全成形编织技术,在日本岛精MACH2X 153型四针床全成形电脑横机上开发了一款具有保健功能的全成形头套.对头套进行了款式结构设计,设计了原料选择、编织设备与工艺和染整工艺等生产工艺流程,并进行了上机试织.结果表明,通过适当的款式与组织结构设计,在全成形电脑横机上可快速生产出美观舒适的针织全成形头套,功能性纱线的选用和相应的后整理工艺可赋予头套抗菌保健功效.
Design and development of knitted fully formed health headgear
Utilizing computerized flat knitting technology,a fully-fashioned head-covering with health benefits is developed using the Japanese Shima MACH2X 153 type four-bed fully-fashioned computerized flat knitting machine.The head-covering is designed with a specific style and structure,and the production process,including raw material selection,knitting equipment and techniques,and dyeing and finishing processes,is established.Preliminary machine trials are carried out.The results suggest that through appropriate style and structural design,aesthetically pleasing and comfortable knitted fully-fashioned head coverings can be rapidly produced on a fully-fashioned computerized flat knitting machine.Combined with the selection of functional yams and corresponding post-processing techniques,the head-covering can be endowed with antimicrobial health benefits.
