Thermal and moisture permeability of kapok/down/new sherry fiber aggregate
Kapok fiber is taken as the main research object, and kapok/down/new sherry fiber aggregates with different ratios are designed. The morphological structures of the three fibers are studied respectively, and the fluffy, warmth and moisture permeability of the fiber aggregates are tested.Using the fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation method, the thermal insulation and moisture permeability of kapok series fiber aggregates are comprehensively evaluated. The results show that with the increase of the proportion of kapok, the compression recovery performance of kapok/down/new sherry fiber assembly increases, the moisture permeability increases, and the warmth retention decreases first and then increases. When the ratio of kapok/down/new Shirley series fiber aggregates is 40/30/30,its thermal and moisture permeability is the best.
