Effect of hydrophilic softener on color fastness to perspiration of black nylon/spandex warp knitted fabric
The amount of hydrophilic softener and the setting temperature have a significant impact on the color fastness to perspiration of black nylon/spandex warp knitted fabric after hydrophilic softening treatment. Moreover, under the original process conditions, the color fastness to perspiration, handle feeling, and internal indicators cannot be balanced, which cannot meet the wearing requirements.Based on production practice,an optimization process for nylon/spandex warp knitted fabric is:overflow desizing and relaxing firstly,pre-setting at 190℃,overflow dyeing with acid dyes and fixing, and then hydrophilic softenning at 170 ℃.After optimization, the color fastness to perspiration can reach 3~4 levels, with a soft handle and qualified internal indicators.
