高比例高强锦纶混纺纱的工艺优化

介绍了锦纶的性能特点及生产难点,根据其强力、比电阻、弹性高等特点优化纺纱工艺,对原料进行预处理,对清梳工序进行设备改造,安装温湿度感应调节器,合理设置工艺参数。在细纱工序,通过胶辊涂料、专件控制、优化工艺参数来减少纤维绕花,降低细节指标,制备出高比例高强锦纶混纺纱。最后成功开发出吸湿速干型针织面料。
Process optimization of high proportion and high strength polyamide fiber blended yarn
The performance characteristics and production difficulties of polyamide fiber are introduced.Based on its high strength,high specific resistance and high elasticity,the spinning process is optimized,the raw material is pretreated,the cleaning process is reformed,the temperature and humidity sensor is installed,and the process parameters are set reasonably.In the fine spinning process,high proportion and high-strength nylon blended yarn is prepared by reducing fiber entanglement and detail indicators through rubber roller coating,specialized component control,and optimizing process parameters.Finally,the moisture absorption and quick drying knitted fabric is successfully developed.
