In order to prolong the life cycle of clothing and meet the increasing demand of consumers for clothing care,it is proposed to apply the Q method to the design of clothing care products.The Q method is used to explore consumers'subjective evaluation elements of clothing care products,and then factor analysis is used to extract five core needs and fourteen design indicators to guide the design practice of clothing care products.The study shows that the Q method,as a qualitative and quantitative research method,can be applied to the design of clothing care products,which can effectively and more specifically meet the needs of consumers,and also provide a new reference for the design of related clothing care products.
