芳纶阻燃黏胶双层面料的设计与舒适性研究

Design of aramid flame retardant viscose double layer fabric and its comfort research

为了改善纯芳纶1313织物的舒适性、功能性和美观性,采用芳纶1313、阻燃黏胶纤维、抗静电纤维组合的纯纺和混纺纱作为原料,以平纹、2/2斜纹、3/3斜纹为基础组织进行接结经接双层组织和表里换层双层组织结构设计,通过表里经纱排列设计开发出6款试样.测试了各试样的阻燃性、透气性、透湿性和隔热性.结果表明:加入阻燃黏胶纤维可以提高产品的舒适性,以3/3斜纹为基础组织的双层织物舒适性好于其他双层产品,平纹为基础组织的表里换层方格织物效果好于菱形和竖条织物.
In order to improve the comfort,functionality,and aesthetics of pure aramid 1313 fiber fabric,pure and blended yarns composed of aramid 1313 fibers,flame retardant viscose fiber,and antistatic fibers as raw materials,and plain weave,2/2 twill weave and 3/3 twill weave as the basic structure for warp joining and interchangeable double layers product,six samples are developed through the design of surface and inner warp yarn arrangement.The flame retardancy,breathability,moisture permeability,and thermal insulation of each sample are tested.The results show that adding flame-retardant viscose fibers can improve the comfort of the product.The comfort of double-layer fabrics with a 3/3 twill weave as the basic structure is better than other double-layer products,and interchangeable grid fabric with plain weave is better than diamond and vertical stripe fabrics.
