Based on the art of paper-cutting art,four types of woven fabrics are designed and fabric samples are trial-produced,using a 28 tex polyester/cotton 65/35 blend Z-twist yam with a warp twist of 68 twists/10 cm and a weft twist of 60 twists/10 cm.Based on the typical element of the paper-cut pattern"Fangsheng",the pattern is innovatively designed by the plain weave through the flowering organization,and two products of"Connecting"and"Blossoming"are designed.The woven sample has rich patterns,eye-catching colors,and a tight and thick texture.According to the hollow characteristics of paper-cutting technology,two products of"Diamond"and"Cross"are designed with a open work weave,and the fabric sample is soft and light.The all 4 products have a comfortable touch,strong decoration,artistry and practical qualities.
