摘要
为了改善纯棉针织物在缝制过程中的缝纫损伤,介绍了后整理过程中具有平滑作用的缝纫提升剂OE01的耐碱、耐盐及耐高温稳定性,分析了整理前后织物表面形态的变化,以及助剂用量对织物缝纫损伤性、颜色、抗起毛起球性、顶破强力、柔软性及亲水性的影响.结果表明:缝纫提升剂OE01具有良好的耐碱、耐盐及耐高温稳定性,能够明显改善织物的缝纫损伤性及手感,对颜色、抗起毛起球性、顶破强力及亲水性只会产生轻微影响.
Abstract
In order to improve the sewing damage of cotton knitted fabrics in the sewing process,sewing enhancer with smoothing effect is often used.The alkali resistance,salt resistance and high temperature stability of sewing enhancer OE01 are analyzed,the change of fabric surface morphology before and after finishing is analyzed,and the effect of auxiliary dosage on sewing damage,color,fuzzing,pilling,bursting strength,softness and hydrophilicity of the fabrics is analyzed.The results show that the sewing enhancer OE01 has good alkali resistance,salt resistance,and high temperature stability,which can significantly improve the sewing damage and handle of the fabrics,but has only a slight effect on the color,anti-pilling,bursting strength and hydrophilicity.
