In response to the labor-intensive nature of cotton textile enterprises,where there are many processes,textile equipment,employees,and high electricity consumption,it is proposed that cotton textile enterprises should strengthen personnel management,do a good job in equipment cycle management,node management,and special part management,control raw material costs and machine material consumption,strictly follow operating procedures,and do a good job in environmental management.Continuously exploring suitable working methods for enterprises to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
