摘要
深入推进司法改革、全面深化公安改革, 对新时期的公安刑侦工作提出了新的要求.本文结合浦东新区的区情和自身30多年的刑侦工作实践, 就刑侦改革的时代背景、现实需求和长远考虑, 总结回顾了浦东分局在顶层设计、体制重塑、机制完善、警情导向、难题破解、配套培训、强力督导等方面推进刑侦改革的实践探索, 并就进一步推进刑侦改革提出若干建议.
Abstract
Further promoting judicial reformation and comprehensively deepening public security reformation have put forward new requirements for public security criminal investigation in the new period. By describing the unique situation of Pudong District, the writer's 30-year personal experience and referring to the historical background of criminal investigation reformation, its realistic demands and long-term plan, this paper summarizes and reviews practices, reformation and exploration in terms of the top-level design, system restructure, mechanism perfection, policing orientation, puzzle solution, related training, forceful supervision and so on in Pudong Branch, thereafter, makes certain suggestions for further promoting criminal investigation reformation.
