摘要
犯罪信息分析在打击各类犯罪活动中越来越显示出它的重要作用, 准确、可靠、全面的信息是打击和防范犯罪的基础与保障.与传统的信息处理模式相比, 以大数据为基础的犯罪信息分析是通过超强的计算与分析能力的工作、信息资源的共享、协同有效的处理工作, 完成某种特定的犯罪信息计算任务, 从而进一步对犯罪信息进行深度的研判.基于大数据的信息技术是警察机构对犯罪信息研判的关键技术之一, 是警察机构提高打击与防范犯罪能力的有效途径.
Abstract
With the coming of big data, information has played a more and more important role in the international crime struggle. The increase of scale and complexity of big data exceeds that of the capacity of software and hardware characterized by the law, which brings big challenge to the architecture, the processing and computing capacity of the contemporary counter-terrorism information analysis systems, meanwhile presents unprecedented opportunities on deeply mining and taking full advantage of the value of big data. In this thesis a detail analysis of bag data mode is provided from its concept, principle, and constituent. It can also be a reference for modern police management mode.Presently, the government has realized that accurate, reliable and all-round information is not only the prerequisite to attacking terrorism but foundation of making crime measures. It's necessary to work out applicable countermeasures of crime information according to the situation of the country. The increase of scale and complexity of big data exceeds that of the capacity of software and hardware characterized by the law, which brings big challenge to the architecture, the processing and computing capacity of the contemporary crime information analysis systems, meanwhile presents unprecedented opportunities on deeply mining and taking full advantage of the value of big data. Therefore, it is pressing to investigate the disciplinary issues and discover the common laws of big data, and further study the fundamental crime information analysis theories and basic approaches to qualitatively or quantitatively dealing with big data.
