摘要
警务辅助人员是社会化警务工作的具体实践者,我国先后在不同层面发布多个文件,对警务辅助人员参与社会治理的广度、深度作出规定,为警务辅助队伍职业化提供遵循.制度环境是警辅队伍职业化的核心要素.警务辅助人员管理制度体系是以警务辅助人才制度为核心的,包括职业制度、岗位制度、教育训练制度、保障制度、考核制度等.
Abstract
Police assistants are the specific practitioners of socialized policing.In China,different documents have been issued at different levels to regulate the scope of police assistants'participation in social governance,which provide guidance for the professionalization of police assistant teams.As the institutional environment is the core element of the professionalization of the police assistant team,the systems of managing police assistants are centered on the system of police assistants,including vocational system,employment system,education and training system,logistic guarantee system,assessment system and etc.
