With the rapid development and popularization of internet media,the state has made the strategic suggestion that"the in-depth media integration and development should be accelerated".From the media integration perspective,the cultivation of police officers'loyalty in police academies,which is ushered by Party building,should be readjusted to the innovative and changing characteristics of information communication methods in the all-media era,and this main public opinion and ideological field should be firmly seized.Police loyalty education in police academies is not only an intrinsic requisite for the cultivation of professionals,but also an important part of the Party building.In the media era,based on four aspects of ideology,era situation,demand-side management and cultivation,it is practically significant to focus on the characteristics of integrity education and innovation in police academies,which is ushered by the Party building,and to explore the practical methodology of cultivating people's police loyalty in police academies according to the requirements of the era development.
