Ponder over the Improvement of the Police Supervision Mechanism
The police supervision mechanism has witnessed such development processes as initial phase,normative phase,and improvement phase.The police supervision has gone through a transformation from its non-existence,to its existence in scattering places,to the established mechanism and finally to the formation of its mechanism with Chinese characteristics.The supervision law system is relatively perfect,and the supervision contents involve a wide range of aspects,furthermore,the application of supervision technology has gradually extended,all of which play a significant role in supporting and promoting police work and team building.In order to propel the cultivation of a highly-qualified police force,which is loyal to the Party,strictly disciplined,serves the people and enforces law fairly,we should start with the characteristics of the present police supervision mechanism,comply with the basic requirements of modem police development,and continue to perfect the police supervision mechanism.We should take the modernization of policing as our ushering goal,use the improvement of relevant concepts,mechanisms,methodology,and logistic support as our working contents and starting point so as to accelerate the high-quality development of police work.
