Research on the Application of"Similar-Case-Related-Interrogation Technique"in Investigation and Interrogation of"Assisting Telecom Fraud"Cases
With the telecom fraud cases increasing in China,its criminal networks are more complex and criminal methodology is more diverse and the vast majority of this kind of criminals have formed a complete criminal operation composed of upper and lower chains.As a lower chain crime,assisting telecom fraud is large in number,which makes evidence collection difficult and the difficulty in determining its subjective knowledge also poses great challenges to police agencies in investigation and accusation.As Assisting telecom fraud is a non-contact crime,its suspects'confession plays a unique role and more often than not becomes the key evidence for conviction and sentencing.Probing into the application of"similar-case-related-interrogation technique"in the interrogation of telecom-fraud-assisting suspects who are not bad in attitude to confess will help suspects to truthfully describe their subjective knowledge,improve the efficiency of case handling,and ensure the realization of procedural justice and substantive justice.
